+1 on finding a Neos carbine kit. I have been looking for over a year. I think the BATF scared them enough with the SBR aspect (even though they had an approval letter) that they finally dropped production and/or supply - to the US.

As much as I hate to admit it, Kel-tec owns the compatible rimfire pistol/carbine rifle platform category with the PMR-30 & CMR-30.

I highly recommend the 15-22 it is a great gun as mentioned earlier.
