Downtime - it sucks

I apologize for the downtime. The provider is having trouble with the back end SAN array. They've informed me that they had to replace the whole array and it takes awhile to restore many terabytes of data. Looks like we're up and running for the moment now. If the new hardware behaves we should stay up.
