Extremist Pullup in the news?

It looked easy but didn't feel that way especially not 2 reps. I'm working my way up my goal is 425 then 450 I would like to go 2 with + 200 lbs
Yesterdays workout was

BW 207

BW 5 reps
BW + 150 lbs 3 reps
BW + 150 lbs 3 reps
BW + 150 lbs 3 reps
BW + 160 lbs 2 reps
BW + 180 lbs 1 rep
BW + 160 lbs 2 reps
BW + 100 lbs 8 reps
BW + 45 lbs 15 reps
BW 17 reps

All full ROM, no kicks or swings
