Targets I buy at Academy,Wal-Mart are self-adhesive. 4 bucks for 5 plus dots to cover up shots. Nice thing about a for sale sign the wind does not affect it much.

Well you can tape a paper target to the for sale sign. This I have done also and it has never come off until I take it off.
Here are a couple I have planned on building but never had time. The one on youtube I am curious about how long the frames would last, a few miss placed shots and it would be done.
