First Handgun XDM40 Need Holster & CCW Class

Just wanting to here what kind of holsters people have had luck with for IWB for conceal carry. I am 5' 6" bout 140. Also class suggestions?

I like Milt Sparks, and I hear good things about the M-Tac. The guys at Carry Legal have a great class, and they might have a few slots left open for this weekend.
