today is 10-22 day, post some pics.

Bought one of those M1 wood stocks for the 10/22. When it arrived, it was a weird purplish brown color. Well, that wouldn't do. Stripped it, then wire wrapped it so I could add some 'tiger stripes'. Stained it in some shade of cherry that I already had. Then put a couple coats of pure tung oil over the stain. May not be everyone's taste, but it cured a M1A itch that I had!

This guy spends a good amount of time in my pocket - NAA Black Widow 22mag w/ Turner CNC grips. My Benchmade 527 gets the most pocket time also.
