Sawzall gets it done, can be messy.

IF it isn't froze SOLID, a sharp knife will do the job. Years ago, old woman neighbor bought a 36# turkey, for 4 people. I cut it in half with a bowie knife, so it would fit in her oven. She gave us the other half.

Start at neck, turkey on back, split breast.

I just seen a video on youtube and a guy had what looked like a meat cleaver and was using a piece of 2X4 to hammer the cleaver. Darn, it isn't going to do the cleaver a lot of good treating it like that. I have a good german cleaver.
