Non-resident is all that is required and passport is valid ID.

Biggest question now is; where to go because of closer from gubermint shutdown. CoE lakes closed? Boat ramps closed? Campgrounds closed?

Now this is a good question! My parents live on Greers Ferry Lake in Arkansas and they just said that they had to use a private boat launch because the park was locked up.

Thanks for the responses guys (well most of them atleast).

He is an avid fisherman but fishing oklahoma is quite different from fishing the Netherlands. I wish I had a boat to make it easier to get around the lake but since that its not an option, bank fishing it is. Most likely we will be hitting a few spots around grand lake, honestly I don't have any good places though....sooooo I doubt we will catch much. But it should still be an experience for him.
