It was a full moon when we were leaving last night. This morning its cloudy.
Had to use the sun visor to block the moon while driving west this am.
Made it nice walking to the blind, but felt like other things could see me too....
Not just a Full Moon but a Blue Moon to boot.
Ya know, with the rut, it really doesn't matter. I've been in the stand for almost 10 hours each day, and have been seeing cruising bucks all day long.
The does are almost non-existant. They are hiding from the bucks, not coming to feeders.
I moved into the deep woods, and finally started seeing some does, and they are really skittish. The bucks have them scared.
