Do not buy from stormsafe, mine is 8 years old ,has holes rusting through from the outside in. And they say the lifetime warranty doesn't cover it

I got mine from Ground Zero for $2800. Haven't had to use it yet.

It's all relative and situational dustin. Hot dipped galvanized encased in concrete will last a lot longer than I intend to occupy the house....no point paying the extra cost for a composite.

Problems come when your water heater floods it for you. Many of them rust from the inside.

LOL...my water heater is properly installed with a pan and drain...and I don't plan on using the shelter as a hot tub. Well, actually now that I typed that...hmmm.
