I was passing through Kingfisher(little after 9:00pm) and could see the glow from the fire from there. I knew that something big had to be burning.

Dang. That was quite the boom! I can smell the fire still ... I think may be there is some hay still on fire out there. I initially thought there was a fire at the Lake somewhere. It's THAT strong -- and that line is probably 20-30 minutes from our house ...

I live 2 miles south, heard the boom, felt the house shake, saw the fireball. Big time excitement here in Piedmont.

Apparently it caused a large enough crater in the road to close the intersection of Piedmont Rd and Waterloo Rd.
