Oh, come on! Let me play the Devil's Advocate! There is no denying the fact that the enraged attacker took 17 hits with the Glock 21. He was tested and found to be free of drugs, too. So his abilities to continue pressing the attack cannot be attributed to meth.

If he wants to ditch the Glock 21, he was wise to move to the 17. After 17 hits, he had second thoughts about the 21, can you blame him? But ah, then there is 24 year old Angel Alvarez, shot 21 times with a Glock 17, and he survived. It had to have been the Speer Gold Dots.

They don't shoot them, they "choot'em" maybe that's what the cops are doing wrong.
