I've used Kennedy Auto 6 times now. Work has been good, prices I think ok, but couple times their scheduling was wonky. Dropped off at 0800 and truck never moved until 1500 and was told hour job. May have been a scheduling snafu.

They have turned rotors, replaced rotors, replaced breaks, replaced struts once, new plugs/tires at 100K (all on my Ram) and replaced AC work on my wife's Honda CRV in 2018.

I'll use them again in 25k when my rotors need turned.

I’m also in the do it yourself crowd, I changed my rotors and brake pads earlier this year on my F150. I have used Firestone in Edmond for my work truck before and never had issues with any of their locations.

I normally do my own rotors and pads, but anything above my pay grade I usually take it to the Firestone near Broadway and 33rd in the strip mall behind McDonald's. I've had good luck with them.
