Dennis, did you draw the January hunt? Bull or Cow?

Actually not hunting the controlled hunt, as I've never been drawn. Going to NM for a cow hunt.

Congrats on the bull elk. I drew out in 2004 and also took a 5x5. That is definitely a hunt of a lifetime, if you have never taken an elk. It took me 18 years to get my tag. I said the same thing on the gutpile. I also like going on the bugling tour in September.

Those Barnes bullets are awesome. That bullet and the Partition are about the only two I would trust to go elk hunting with in a smaller caliber.
