Happy 4th!!

Teresa and I made some noise today. She shot my PPK/s in 22 LR, and I shot my 986. She did surprisingly well for a novice and she said she had fun.

I did a few shoot-while-moving drills with my 986 and together we killed the evil pizza box.

Shoot-while-moving is challenging and like I have said before, I am getting better at it. One advantage revolvers have over semi-autos is the greater variety of practical grips that really aid in control. For me that is either the Hogue Bantam or the Pachmayr Compac.

Anyway, Happy 4th!!!

Do people refer to Christmas as 25th of December? Do they refer to New Year's Day as 1st of January? Then why call Independence Day the 4th of July?
