I don't understand the issue with this ammo.

It's simple to me, seems to be designed to be used in your house gun so you don't shoot your family or neighbors through the walls.

It is not meant to be the best SD/CCW ammo for all situations.

Just load a mag with the Gaurd Dog for your house SD gun, and change to another mag with your favorite SD ammo for CCW.

"Perform" is a relitive term here. These low penetrating rounds perform great according to the video. Meaning the do exactly what they are designed to do.
A high penetrating round in a .380 SHOULD out "penetrate" (not perform) a low penetration 9mm round... The disign is to penetrate less! And obviously that's what it does.
It almost perfect. Like stated above, load up a mag with these low penetrating rounds for home where they are most usefull then swap out to a mag with higher penetrating round when they are needed.

The link posted says the 10 percent gelatin is used to simulate human flesh.

Flesh does not include bone, organs, muscle, tendons, cartilage, etc.
