Help with AR optic

There's a lot to be said for a Nikon Omega for an AR15 type, for a little less $$ than the Luepold. PM or post if interested in details on why.

EZ Bake speaks very wisely on this subject. Read what he said again, IMO. I have ground off several triangle front sights with a dremel and don't miss them a bit.

I just wanted to add that I put a cheap red dot on my flat top and turned out the front sight way right in the way, I bought a 1/2" spacer off Ebay for 10 bucks and so far it has worked out very well.
