Help with iron sights.

I have an ar-10 308 that I use for hog hunting, and most of my shots are 100-400 yrd range. I have a 4-12 scope mounted and everything works well. My problem is every now and then I drive up/walk up on some and it is hard to "snap shoot" with a high powered scope. I have seen some irons that when the gun is upright, the irons mount at the 3 o'clock position, but cannot find them online. Can anyone help me locate these? I would also like to know if anyone has used them, and how well they work.

Screw irons, dude!

ETA: Or you can get a set of rings w/ picatinny tops to accomplish the same thing.
