Okay so I figured I would try ordering some parts since the warranty spring and extras I ordered never showed up. I placed an online order Monday and they showed up today. So that tells me my warranty order that I had to pay for and only got free shipping got lost in their system. I looked back and never got billed for them so they must have totally dropped the ball on that.
Well after 4 months my sons second RR finally made its way back to Okieland from Florida. Paper work said repaired fired 18 shots of cci through gun. Gee that was helpful. Went up to the range today for a little bit. Son commented on how dirty the gun was when he pulled it out of box. This one was having issues not striking rounds enough to make them go off. Tried 6 different ammos and it would hit 3 of 5 on first try. Anyway ran probably 30-40 rounds through it today and all went bang. Not sure if it was the ammo RWS HP which I haven't shot in this gun before but it was a major PIA to get the shells out. So tonight I soaked the cylinder down with some butches and cleaned it up well. Will try it again this weekend with some different ammo. Long story short my love affair with these little guns has ended. I have moved to the just buy a wrangler camp.
