How long ago was that? There's been many changes at Taurus since then. Are you going to be anti-Marlin even though Ruger owns them now, just because the Freedom Group Remington one did?

Just as everything else in life changes. So has Taurus when it comes to this pistol. I own two. 340.00 and 355.00. No FTF. 3-inch groups at 20 yards and under. 100-yard shots on 8-inch plates. I absolutely love the GX4. As for the marlin. I see nothing but salvation from Ruger where Marlin is concerned. I'm waiting for the 44 Mag carbine. I will own one. I'm all in with you on this one.
