I don't really understand way someone with such liberal views,is even on a pro 2nd amendment forum.

They search for any chink in the Second Amendment's armor. They float arguments to see if any one of them will hold ground. They will search for any statement that can be misconstrued in their favor. They press lies. They will say anything to make you feel guilty for violence or murder someone else committed simply because you, too, have a gun(s). They put forth that guns are 'evil', or will entice their owners to do evil.
They will never cease, and their army of useful ignoramuses, believing society would be safer if disarmed, unwittingly help pave the way.
That's the way of dictatorial, despotic, tyrants. They cannot subjugate an armed society, ergo, any method they can employ to the goal of disarming a society is not off the table for them. We are still too strong for an attempted confiscation, so, they will whittle away at our arms and our right to them until they will feel safe enough to disarm us completely and subjugate us in some utopian vision they foresee for themselves as ultimate rulers of the masses.
