Is an electronic copy of the AHD legally valid? I'm trying to picture an ER doctor agreeing to the terms of an AHD being waved about on a cell phone.

Mine specificly allows copies. I have it scanned in PDF format where I can email it to the doctor and he can print it out. The lawyer thought this was a good idea. I do provide printed copies to my doctors. I also keep a couple of hard copies available at home.
