Just wondering how much it would cost to get a gunsmith to install mepro night sights on my glock. Is this something I could just walk into OAS or H&H and have them do it on the spot, or is this a leave the gun overnight kind of thing?

I would do it myself, but I'm very limited in my tools. I usually drive to Lawton to use my dad's tools for my project needs, but didn't want to wait till the next time I decided to drive to Lawton to see the old man.

I did my own. The front sight tool came with my Ameriglo sights, or can be picked up at Brownells. The rear went it with a brass punch and small hammer.

How do you guys know which direction to push the old sight off?
I think the 1911 is left to right, the Beretta right to left and the Glock doesn't matter. Not sure though.
Is there a rule, a guide on the direction?
