Is it possible to tag a 4-wheeler in Oklahoma?

I have a Ranger Crew that will run about 50mph and it has a windshild, lights, seat belts, road insurance, etc and can be fitted with mirrors, horn, turn signals, wipers, etc. But......can it ever be tagged for on-road use in Oklahoma? And if so, how is that done?
