Is there a membership outdoor range in Moore or Norman?

The information on their websites is very sparse.

Most don't list their rates,,,
Many didn't list what their facilities are.

I'm wanting to buy a membership for myself and my nephew,,,
So we can go shooting at a place near his home.

So I'm asking for personal references and opinions on their range offerings.

Based on the location requirements you mentioned, Tri-City will be your best option but if you wanted something elsewhere, you have a few other options.

Tri-City is going to be the closest and should have almost everything you want for every discipline.

OKC Gun Club is probably the most encompassing facility with absolutely everything. However, it’s in Arcadia.

Fouled Bore is the long range facility with shots available out to a mile as well as pistol and carbine ranges but it’s in Ninnekah.

Okie Shooters is going to be the most basic range with just a rifle and small pistol range but no facilities (buildings) but also is only $55 per year for a family membership. However, this is in Luther.

- Lexington gun range, free with a hunting license. (If I recall correctly)

I'm a member of the Stillwater Rifle-Pistol Club private range,,,
But I also want to be able to go shooting with my nephew & sister closer to Moore.

Lexington WMA is free as long as you have a hunting license. It's not too far from Norman. Don't try to pull a fast one and pull up without a license though, the game wardens check regularly from what I've heard.

Thanks for your assistance on this topic Gentlemen.

I spoke with my nephew and he has one of those lifetime hunting licenses,,,
His grandfather bought it for him for his first birthday.

A hunting license for me is much cheaper than a range membership,,,
And that Lexington range isn't too far a drive from his home.

So I think that's the solution for our range time.
