Ive got an interesting very old single shot that i cant i.d. Help!!

I've tried to search the marks and ao far no luck. Maybe I'm just not good at this. Anyways.. have to knownwhat it is before I decide to let it go. Thanks.

Looks like a german made single shot 6mm(22) pistol made around the 1900's. Just my quess from looking at pics of other similar to it.

There’s definitely some nooks and crannies that are really hard to figure out how to search for. I feel like proof marks can be one of them. It has been/is for me at least.
