J frame grips

Anybody ever use these 360 grips as an aftermarket grip for a different J frame? On the website it says the corners on the bottom of the butt must be rounded, does that just mean it needs to be a round butt and not square?

Yes; it must be a round butt model J-Frame and they will fit it fine. They will give you a lot more grip purchase on the gun but of course, they are a much bigger grip so keep that in mind when you go to try to stick it in yer pocket!

They don't fill my hand because the bottom tapers too much - I like the Secret Service grips http://www.eaglegrips.com/guns/SW-Secret-Service-J-Frame-Rnd.html I did modify them with a dremel tool to place my little finger underneath...

You just need to go try a set on at your LGS before you buy to see how they feel for you before you buy and install 'em.

Those are the grips that came on my 640 pro. They really make a difference when shooting 357 from a J frame. I switched to the smaller grip (like comes on a 642) for a while, but ended up switching back to the larger grip. They do take up a little more room in the pocket, but it's not a deal killer. I can draw from the pocket with these grips in all except one of may pairs of jeans.

I went with some nice Altamont combat grips. I have a 637, but this was the only pic I could find. I appreciate everyone's input just the same!
