Yes it is. In some regards it is very nice. In others it's a complete cluster**** nightmare. Unfortunately for me any my wife the good doesn't outweigh the bad.

Ohhh, and that add on Gunbroker is from my hometown. Either that rifle is registered in CA or illegal to "own" Definately not a featureless AR.
