Do you still have to register on post for use?
I paid a year membership for SCRAP once. every time I went out there it was a trash heap. Too far to go for a for shooting at the dump
They also had a video from Monica, PAO. Who needs training on make Videos. SMH
SCRAP is still cheaper, and more user friendly.

Isnt Lab Weaponry supposed to open a range here in Lawton?SCRAP is cheaper but is much more inconvenient for travel - about an extra hour of round trip travel per day from the Lawton area. I would also argue that the pistol ranges on post - stands and the "gong" range - are better than SCRAP. To me less time traveling (not the sci-fi kind) and overall ease of acccess MAY make this a better deal, especially if FMWR really does try to model it on Ft Bragg's Rod and Gun club.

They have appealed to the public for the donation(s) of time, materials, equipment, and money. I wish them luck, but that is not a very promising business plan.Isnt Lab Weaponry supposed to open a range here in Lawton?

Yeah, as I said, I had a membership. That was 3 years ago. Showed up 4 times for range clean up and no one else showed except one or two club officers.SCRAP is member only range, the member are the one that trashed it. Honestly, it still happens. But the current club officers are doing a good job keeping the range clean. Every months is range maintenance / clean up day.
SCRAP has is issues, but i think it's the best range in this area. Plus its a CMP Affiliated Organization.
