Lots of people searching for ammo and the components are out there to make your own on the cheap.
Lee classic loaders or some known as deluxe lee loaders are hand loaders without a press than make dandy ammo.

That is how I began hand loading years ago.
So simple.
In this video the guy makes a 410 round in under 2 minutes right at the start of the video.

Bad part is Lee doesnt make the Lee Loader in 410 any longer, i bought one from another company a few years back but it wasnt for me since i couldnt get the hang of getting a good crimp, so i ended up getting a Mec Jr for the 410 with interchangeable kits for both 2 1/2 and 3 inch shells.

There is a guy on eBay making the bushings for the load all. Last I checked he was doing 16 but not 28 or 410. Keep an eye out for 3D printing guys that might turn some out. Maybe check thingy-verse for a program? It’s been a while since I’ve checked

I have a bunch of military aluminum .410 I have thought about reloading if I could resize it since it wasn't shot out of the same gun.
Added photos ,fired on the right.

I posted about this in another .410 ammo thread but I’ve assembled a cheap DIY Lee loader type setup for .410

The only special part is a mech600jr resize ring (like $14) the rest is just stuff from the hardware store. 2 different sized pipe nipples, 3/8 dowel, drill bit extension to seat primers, small piece of steel to tap on, etc

Can’t properly crimp but you can just cut the crimp off using a 2 1/2” long 1/2”pipe nipple as a guide and slide 3/8 dowel into shell and trim the shell. The use a 3/8 or 1/2” hole punch and make overshot cards out of cereal box cardboard. Elemers glue them on top of the shot.

Not sure how well they would do in something like a pump action but they’re great in break action .410 guns
