Like the New Sig P320

If the Sig comes with a red dot option, I really want one. Think I need to wait and see what recall will eventually occur but I have to go to a reddot option.
What say you OSA on the SIG P320? What do you think about a red dot on it?

I really liked this gun when it first came out. But after the huge QC issue that potentially put our state troopers lives at stake, I cant find myself to trust them. I never saw an official recall released so I dont know how many unfixed guns are out there or any way to see if a particular gun falls in a serial number range unless you just buy a new one and know the manufacture date. I like Sig, Im just cant support them right now.

I have a Sig 320C and really like it so far. I have shot only approx 400 rounds so far , but it seems to be a really nice gun. Agree that the issues that potentially placed LEO in harms way must be addressed and a solid fix implemented. I would like to add a dot such as a Burris FF3, but that will have to wait a few months.

From what I understand the 320 is the striker fired version of the 250. If that is true I have no use for the 320. There are better options available in my opinion.

I know how they fixed the fist batch they sent the OHP and that was an eye opener. I even picked one of them up that had never been out of the box. Kinda sad.

What issue is this? I guess I haven't read about it

Breaking extractors after several hundred rounds. They were issued to OHP. I honestly do not think that was the only problem or they would have gone about the fix differently. I could be wrong though. And the fact that you cant find one single word about it anywhere also makes me nervous. How are you supposed to know you have a good one if info on the bad ones arent released?

Good to know. Looks like I need to put more rounds down range with the two I have to see if there are any issues I haven't found yet

There are reports out there on things like light primer strike, front sights being off as well as other issue of QC. This is a link for another forum: sig talk, it is a decent place to see what "SIG" guys think. As for me I am pleased with my 320 and carry it frequently.
