Academy employee: The 4.49 stuff is 38 grains, the olympic stuff is 40 grains.

Ha, sounds like a classic Academy employee/customer interaction. Seems like anytime I go there and ask someone something it is an absolute mess to listen to. I am surprised "basic firearm knowledge" is not a pre-requisite to work behind the gun counter although it really needs to be.
