Im hoping that was sarcasm. Im not a fan of passing the buck around.

Actually I am being serious.

If they need to put a bullet in his head to protect society I am all for it, but Im not going to put my head in the sand and ignore the fact that the guy should probably have been in a nut ward instead of out running the streets with a loaded gun in the first place.

Is that his fault, or the fault of the people that for whatever reasons ignored his increasingly bizzare and mentaly unstable behavior in the years leading up to his going off of the deep end.

Hinckley is still "hospitalized" and always will be. If that kid in Arizona isn't crazy you need to give a wide birth to anybody that is.
