M&P Pistol Give Away - Officer Chad Peery Fund

The split will be 50/50 right down the middle. Right now we have agreed to purchase trophies for one match - we estimate that to be around $500-600 dollars. If we exceed that - that just means we can sponsor another match, and so on and so on. We originally started this only to raise funds for the match donations. Two days after we started it, we had a post requesting people donate to the Chad Peery Fund. We figured that as a website we should donate and help someone in the shooting community - the decision was then made to split it 50/50.

It has been said many times on many places - if you do not agree with our 50/50 split you can donate 100% to the Chad Peery Fund going to any MECU location or on his website- we have been upfront and honest from the beginning that it would be split with 1/2 going to sponsor a match and 1/2 going to the Chad Peery Fund.

If we post a tally people may not like their odds in the gun giveaway and not donate. We will post everyones donation amount when the giveaway is over and let everyone know where the money goes exaclty. We are not trying to do something shady here. We are trying to raise moeny for two causes we believe in. If you don't believe in the shooting sports or helping officer Peery then don't donate. There will be 100 or so shooter at both matches that we hope to help. That means your money will be helping make those matches better and you get something in return for your money.

Shootin f fun I am 100% sure that the USPSA will take donations if you would rather give directly to the match. PM if you woudl like the match directors email or phone number.

This is a good cause But because of the great members in the shooting community, we decided to help out a fellow shooter and his family during this rough time
