Machinist??

Does anyone have access to is is currently a machinist of sorts?
I have a .22 upper that I'm putting together and want a few things milled and fabricated/built.

I cant think of anything else a machinist would rather not do than listen to a dude explain in non machinist terms what he wants built for a gun and then will probably freak when he finds out what it will cost him. I fell into that trap one time about 6 years ago. Your only bet is to find a retired tinkerer/machinst. Look on craigslist, I think I saw ads on there ad one time

I need a channel cut into the .22 bolt like the one on a big boy bcg and wanted a custom muzzle device made, since it is not threaded or thread it as well.
