Mantracker Show

Anyone catch this new show? It's called Mantracker and is on Cox 738 (SCIHD).

Just watched the first episode last night (DVR)...pretty interesting as it is a one hour show that shows two 'trackers' on horseback tracking two guys trying to reach a designated finish line.

The 'fugitives' get a backpack and had a compass and topography as well as some water - and a head start...they are 'caught' when roped by the trackers.

It's worth checking out - if nothing else to watch the skills of the trackers.

Mantracker is one guy. he works with a local from whatever region he's chasing in.
I love that show. he's a badass. He's been beat a few times, but maybe only 5%.

I highly doubt they would let anyone with significant outdoor experience be on that show. A little knowledge is one thing, but someone who could really give him a run for his money isn't going to make the cut.

Plus it's a stacked deck.
He has a local with experience in the country.
He's on horseback.
He does it for a living.
They bring in yahoo's to chase.
Every once in a while it'll be someone with some outdoors skills.
One time it was a couple Goth chicks.
Come on how hard were they to catch.
But it's still entertaing and worth a watch.
