Sounds like it was all Vietnamese immigrants involved. That 72 year old “doer” was an aggravated ex husband/boyfriend, showed up at the ballroom Tet party to teach his old wife/slave (he thought), how the cow eats the cabbage. Something like that. Rejected old loser. is what have read. He use to be a "instructor" at the "ballroom" dance studio but his ex rejected him. She was invited back. He wasn't. "I will show you!!!" bad day for the country. Or 3 letter agent knows something no one else did and mentioned taking care of fellows family and said subject did the dead as directed?

Some information on todays shooter in San Mateo. He turned himself in and was identified as 67-year-old Zhao Chunli. He killed 8
Chinese Farm Workers from two farms. It was reported that he works at one of the farms and these a were coworkers.

Have a good friend and coworker in socal when I was out there who is Taiwanese and a total gun nut. One of the best shooters I know personally and trains like a mad man. He's the sort of guy if he was behind a curtain you couldn't would assume he a white guy but still practices/celebrates a lot of Chinese/Asian customs. Super good guy and has spoken a lot about his Asian family and friends and how prolific firearms are in the Asian community. They are very into ARs and pistols and a big part of the gun culture in CA. That being said, it surprised me that in these large venues where the Chinese were celebrating the Lunar new year that there weren't many more than a couple of attendees carrying a legal pistol and would have engaged the shooter. Yes, more people in CA have their CCW than you would think. I had mine for about 5 years before I left the place.
