Just a shot in the dark but I'm trying to find a Type 3 top lever spring for a Miroku 20 gauge O/U. It is the V-type. I'm going to call Art's later today to see if they can fabricate one. From what I found online, this is the part number. 2224-20-T3

The part number is 2224-20-T3. About the only info I could find was the two links below. And that's how I figured out it was a type 3 for 20 gauge. I know some Gun smiths can make them. I've got a tip from another forum that NU-Line Guns sold a replacement back in 2019.
