Got out to Stinchcomb this morning. Lots of ducks flying, but ended up jumping a pintail about 7:30am, and wasn't going to chance getting another. Still a good morning though.

I told them Jason. Thanks fellas. Those geese are going to summer sausage. I have cooked them on a charcoal grill and they are ok but a little tough. You have to be careful not to overcook them. You can slice them and fry them too....goose fingers.

dice goose and duck into 1-2 inch chunks.wrap in bacon and hold together with a toothpick.marinade over night in your favorite sauce.cook on the grill in a pan so that they cook in the bacon grease.

Dipping sauce
take a 16 ounce tub of sour cream and add a dollup of mayo,a small container of crumbled blue cheese.a chopped garlic clove and if you want, some horseradish to jazz it just a little.

Don't over cook and eat as soon as it comes off the grill.Good Stuff!
