My TV Quit!!! What is my best plan?

I've changed more than a few power supply boards on Sanyo's just for friends. You can probably fix it for less than $100 sourcing the replacement board on ebay, which will ask for a core(your old board). There are only two boards in the TV, and the PS board is obvious. 4 screws and two molex connectors and you're done.

My samsung did something similar. it would just produce a series of clicks when you tried to turn it on. It happened to be the capacitors...simple and easy fix and the tv is back up and running. Search the internet and see what you can find out

I just fixed mine, had three bad capaictors, they cost me 5 bucks for a handfull of them, via internet, cause I got extra. All total $40 becasue i had to buy soldering iron. Youtube has tons of good quality video step by step videos. It won't cost anything to take the back off and look for blown capacitors. My tv is working fine now.
