Natural Gas Meter House Deer Blind

I’ve seen a few in the past that someone did a pretty good job on. Insulated. Decent windows. I didn’t know if any of y’all have made a deer blind out of a meter house before? Was wanting some pictures for ideas since the ones I seen in person are about 2 hours away from me.

I may have acquired an old meter house and thought about building a trailer and mounting it to it so I can move it to a different property if I needed too.

A couple I have been around were insulated. They didn't have any decor or curtains. One had a spray in insulation job. The other used the polystyrene sheet insulation.

I've been in one or two years ago but can't recall how they modified exactly...should be great for a 1-2 person blind, and I like the trailer idea for sure

I saw a guy selling a meter house for a deer stand a couple years ago, but I’ve never seen one finished out.

The trailer idea is great. I mounted a blynd box stand on an old trailer, and it’s super handy. As a matter of fact, I set it up today, because this is youth weekend in TX. I hope my daughter will want to go.

Southeast of Lamont Ok, there is a porta potty in blue for a tower blind. Been there for years.
Probably a pretty good idea as you can take care of unwanted bidness while hunting.
