Need help with a appraising a gun

Yeah, looks like someone just installed a swenson safety considering the finish doesn't match the rest of the gun.

I don't think that the whole gun is a Swenson; I didn't write that it was. I've handled enough Swenson's over the years to know what one looks like.

OTOH it is a nice looking Colt, one that appears near box-stock, with only a few reversible drop-in's added.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to imply that you thought it was a full custom Swenson.
