Well, the first round of upgrades seems to be working fine. There is new stuff popping up now and you may find new features and changes in areas that you're used to frequenting. You'll notice our first step towards our community add ons popping up. There is now a "Community" option on the link bar across the top for social group topics.

There's actually quite a few subtle and not so subtle changes so just be aware that we're undergoing some changes. For example you can use the Bookmarks options at the bottom for your favorite Google or Digg marks. You can add searchable tags to threads which now form the site tag "cloud" which is searchable. You get the idea.

Some of these features are new to me as well.

Ok... mobile apps seem to be working fine.

If you have an iPhone/iPod or Android OS type mobile device, we are now currently testing the vBulletin recommended mobile app for vB, which is Forum Runner. It is now currently enabled.

Using an app or just a Safari browser?

It's an app designed for vBulletin. That allows push notification to your device so you get updates pushed down to you whenever changes occur.

Hopefully this won't apply additional load on the server. There is a free version of this app that has some advertisements, and the paid for version ($1.99) which does not.
