I think, at least here in Tulsa, the local cop cars are now wearing regular plates. Which, combined with the lack of markings on cars used for traffic enforcement, is a sneaky and underhanded strategy,.

Like a certain County Clerk(twice), the guy from the July 4th. Eufaula fatality boat accident, or two guys I knew in Tulsa who each had half a dozen alcohol incidents(one was almost a double fatality wreck) that were pled down/paid off and are still driving? Wonder how many more there are?
