That first video you posted wasn't a sniper in Afghanistan. That was someone shooting rock chuck, aka yellow-bellied marmots.

Now I might be impresed if the wind was a full value 10-12mph.
If you notice in the vid that the conditions were perfect and the target looks huge. He had only 3/4 MOA dialed for spin drift at that distance and he had a "no wind" condition.
Not easy but not hard.
