Only thing I look at on the doors of a business, is the handle or knob, and what or who is behind the door.

There has been talk of an individual's responsibility for their own safety. It is true you are responsible for your safety. If you do not feel safe at work because of a no gun/weapon policy take responsibility and get a new job that allows you to have a gun/weapon. This being a free country you can get a new job if you do not agree with your employers policy.
