A north Tulsa resident apparently shot and killed a burglar about 11 a.m. Wednesday, police said.
Police said the burglar was one of three who broke into a man’s house in the 800 block of North Harvard and engaged in a gunfight with the resident.
The burglar was found dead next to a garage two houses over, Sgt. Dave Walker said. He is described as black and in his 30s.
The two other men fled, police said.
One is described as a white man with a blue jacket, green stocking cap and blonde hair.
The other is described as a black man.
Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
