Uhmmm ... I dunno. With all the cameras around these days I'd have been content to live and extract my pound of flesh from the department he works for, for beginners. Definitely be exploring my legal options.
Why didn't the stupid clerk say something!?! He didn't say a word until the other dumb ass asked him.
Other than pulling a gun on a civilian for no reason the other scary part is how quick this "cop" was to escalate the situation. He even questions the clerk like he was lying about the purchase.
