And I thought the shooter would have had more sense than to post ANYTHING on a public forum. If the shooter just couldn't keep it in and had to spew an alternative would have been to have a trusted friend post a "vague" reference about an Ohio CCW holder having to defend themselves and highlighting the the BG's incriminating Facebook posts.

I have clients who've call and have asked me "what do I do if I have to shoot someone in self defense", my reply is don't talk with anyone without the presence of counsel and if you can't abide by that you get what's dealt to you.
