Agencies getting guns/ammo; would these be for security? I left a couple for NASA out.

LI 001, 16,000 rounds of ammunition for semiautomatic pistols to be factory-loaded .40 S&W caliber, 180-grain jacketed hollow point (JHP). No reloads may be used with these weapons. All service furnished ammunition for issued firearms will be U.S. factory production.

NMFS = National Marine Fisheries Service, OLE = Office of Law Enforcement, aka Fish cops.
Sort of like game wardens for off shore fishing.

I did not know this one, had to google it- VA hospitals are protected by the Veterans Health Administration Police Service. So when you try to rob drugs from a VA hospital, be aware that you're going to get shot at with brand new Sig 229s

Part of the problem with gov spending is that if it is not all used up by the end of the physcal they will not get it for the budget for the next year. Seems bass akwards to me.
